This is one of my favorite songs and numbers ever, because wherever they played this number, people start to dance. First they jump and then start dancing. That was in the ninetees. Today I am not such a clubber anymore. This song is the swinging, tacky, exciting and dymanic "Jump Around" of House of Pain's self-titled album "House of Pain" © 1992

The nice thing about Hip Hop or Rap is that is street art and low art, but it is very much involved with language, lyrics, poetry and messages. The Black African American Hip Hop for instance was very much influenced by the Last Poets. I was at an birthdayparty where a Dutch poet said that his 19 year old sons Dutch became better, because he is rappin. He invents words and things about language, words, sentances, rhyme, poetry and musicality with words.

My three all time favorites stay "Public Enemy", "The Beastie Boys", and last but least the Irish American rappers of "House of Pain".
