Hi,i have this handwritten birth certificate(i think it is!!) I would appreciate a trsnslation please...if anyone can read the writting;) thank you

This document is the birth certificate. It had a stamp (confirmation) of the regional court officer (sedzia grodzki) from Krasnystaw, dated October 21. (this document was confirmed from information from Orthodox parish. Krasnystaw is in Eastern Poland where there were many people of Eastern rite)

Leon Filipczuk, son of Maksym (?) and Zofia (Sophie), maiden name Mankowski
was born in Rakolupy on May 26, 1923.
