On vacation in the AM

we are going to my favorite beach hangout. The Norseman at Ogunquid Beach, Maine.

I will be going the Dutch beach at my parents place monday. For two weeks summer holiday.

At Vlissingen I spend the first 20 years of my life, and today it is a holiday and weekend destination for me today. Walcheren/Zeeland is a lovely province/place to stay.

Dishoek is the beach we mostly go. This map shows the area between Vlissingen and Koudekerke on the other map

In the summer a lot of people from Germany go for holiday to the Walcheren peninsula at the Zeeland Peninsula Island region in the South-West of the Netherlands. And together with the Germans a lot of tourists of the rest of the Netherlands, Belgium and even some French go overthere for their holiday. And maybe some Poles to, because Poles nowadays go on holiday to Western-Europe. And Polish people work in the hotels, restaurants and some tourist pubs too.

Have a great time in Maine John. Enjoy the beach life, the sun, the water (if you swim) and the Margarita's, Dry Martini's, Bacardi's, good old Scotch

and some good food overthere. Have fun and relax!

I am happy for you both to relax and enjoy the sun and beach for the time you have.

If perhaps the young ladies of the day to kick some sand in your hair,,,,well, all is well that ends well!

Thank you Jaga and Karl! It think we will manage to enjoy our holidays in Maine and Zeeland.
I have my parents computer in my sleeping room (my old room as a kid and teenager) so I will be able to go online every now and then. But maybe a little bit less than in Arnhem.
