Hi all, Well, a few years back I posted (back in 2009) asking for help with proposing to my (then hopeful) polish wife and, while a few of the members here were obviously less than convinced I was real, some of you were very, VERY helpful. Thank you! So, I would like to provide an update for those that might be interested: Our marriage is going FANTASTIC! Renata is doing extremely well and moving ever closer to achieving her dream of becoming a NYC (or world actually ) fashion sensation. When I married her, I promised her I would do everything I can to make her dreams come true. Here is our current attempt on making that promise come true: ... www.pursefixation.comThis blog is her concept, her writing, her ideas and my photography as directed by her. (BTW, That jewelry she's wearing in the Jado Feature blog (Purple Reign Part 1) has an estimated value of >$40,000 (not counting the $6,000 Rolex ) Cool, huh? (if only it belonged to us ) I hope you enjoy reading and looking as much as I enjoy photographing and just living with this amazingly talented woman. Please feel uninhibited to "like", "follow" or comment as you wish! All feedback is appreciated! Many thanks to all of you here. David Van Camp "ILoveAPolishGirl" (Koham Cie Forever!)

Dear Mr. van Camp
Thank you for your very kind update of your self and your now Polish wife. As you proposed, my self was to access the url as forwarded to do so. To say impressive was for want of proper description. The site was very well organized, very professionally executed with very good lay out.
I must say you have done well for your self and your wife, for she as a model, is dependant upon your skills in photo rendition, in this manner, you both make a winning team.
I do hope with great trust this will continue as you both have done well.
My self was smiling a bit whilst going through your post and, the issues you had encountered upon first introduction upon the forum, but, here we are, all is well that ends well...
Do not though, be confined to any silence upon the first of your visit some long time past. My self am not Polish but German and with this, considerable issues between my self and Polish Nationals previously as active members upon the forum. It was a matter of cultural differences we were trying to deal with, a very unfortunant situation that may have been resolved in better use of empathic understanding. But, we must deal with what we have in progression with the foundation we have layed as the blue print of progress to build upon.
Karl

Hi Karl, I can understand the potential issues that might have happened with you of your German descent, although, obviously, none of your making I know there are sensitive feelings about this, but it is wonderful how you are acting to bridge these misunderstanding! Thank you for your kind comments about Renata's blog. I must say, that, while, yes, I am the photographer, she really deserves much of the credit for content of this blog. It really is her creative vision you are seeing. She suggests most of the creative layouts and locations used. But I thank you very much for your positive comments on my photographic skills! I just want to emphasise that she is certainly not 'just a model' .. she is the vision of this creation. Much more so than I. But I certainly do help out, both creatively and otherwise Poland and Germany are both wonderful cultures, and while they have had differences (and perhaps a bit more than that), today, they have a united purpose in the unity of a grand united Europe without any dominating or imposing power. It's a bit of a hard road for Poland to take to get there, but they are working hard and I have full confidence they will get there and exceed these demands in time. Certainly they will, with people such as my wife working to make democracy and humanity succeed! Many thanks for your kind comments and your commitment to this noble enterprise. Oh, just to emphasize Renata's talent, I'd like to point out that Renata is one of the MOST WINNING PHOTOGRAPHERS on betterphoto.com ... Take a look at her gallery: www.betterphoto.com?renataNotice how many Finalists, 2nd places and so on she has? Page after page after page after.... shots of Poland, NYC, Spain and so on... Renata has one of the most unique and creative photographic visions of anyone on the planet. I keep trying to get her to to work on getting these images in a NYC gallery, but she doesn't even recognize how unique and wonderful her talent is! I do the photography on the blog because she can not .. selfies really wouldn't work But, her photography is really far more artistic than mine. But, then again, for a blog like this, not-so-artistic perhaps works better? But when it comes to creating really exciting and transforming images... Renata is the best! thanks again everyone!
