Ingrediants:
1.5 lbs link of fresh kielbasa casing removed 1 sweet onion diced 3 carrots peeled and diced 2 celery ribs washed and diced 3 cloves of garlic minced 1 can of tomato sauce 1 can of petite diced tomatoes 2 large chicken boullion cubes 1 Tbsp of parsley 5 cups of water salt & pepper to taste Directions: Set the unit to stove top medium and add chopped kielbasa, onions, garlic, salt and pepper and fry for approx 13 to 15 minutes until fully cooked. Remove solids and set aside. Add carrots, celery and a bit of olive oil and set on medium stove top for about 5 or so minutes. Add water, bouillon, parsley, barley tomato sauce and diced tomatoes and saute for about 5 or so minutes. Add kielbasa mixture back into pot and cover the lid. Turn to stove top high for about 10 minutes. Finally turn the dial to slow cook low and set the timer for 2 hours. Viola !!!! Bon AppétitRemember you can also use a skillet and crock pot to accomplish the same recipe.
