The California water crises is very news worthy with a great may questions of where, what and how to deal with such magnitude of this crises. With such a large population and large land mass of agriculture, in normal conditions, water is a valuable resource. Now, it is a desperate resource.
Only an opinion, but I do believe quite soon, there will be a question of who gets water: The people? or, agriculture to feed the people.
