TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — A military e-mail concerning restroom problems at U.S. Central Command at MacDill Air Force Base says a bathroom without adequate ventilation has created a smelly work environment.
The restroom facility near the command's Joint Intelligence Center makes for “malodorous working conditions.”
An officials posted written orders directing workers to take their serious bathroom business to more capable facilities unless it was an emergency. When the signs were removed, a lighthearted e-mail warned that ignoring the directive technically violated the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
An officials said there are no plans to court martial restroom offenders caught in the act.
