J.J.
Also was my self, for once to click for opening, my computer anti-virus software went into over speed and cut off my access with the most awful claxon warning. This is the second occasion for that darn thing to raise its ugly head..
If your system was fine, then it is mine to contend with.. As a normal procedure upon such occasion, was to total clean out all internet record of access and re-run the anti-virus system with out any virus evidence to contend with, so perhaps another mystery to ponder.
Were you able to obtain any crediable evidence of a symblance of any truth from what was presented?
Simply from the little gained by the subject description is some questions pertaining to the validity of the fellow and his claims. The obtaining of a nuclear device is highly problematic with a high possibility of this fellow doing the work for the IS people in conducting the assignment of planting the seeds of undue fear in the manner of the design of terrorism. For that is the goal of terrorism, is to spread baseless fear to your enemies, and it is a good supposition that the IS people are a bit short on friends in this known world.

John,
I am worried about all these anticipated threads. Majority of them never materialize. They just cause the elite to have a symphatetic ear for starting new war games.
How many of the threads of bad terrorists never materialize? And we are still in Afghanistan.... and Iraq war helped to create ISIS

It is up to the experts of intelligence agencies, Federal and National police intelligence agencies and military intelligence agencies to examine and judge these kind of video's and warnings. I believe with Karl, that this could be just a verbal propaganda tool to instill fear and turmoil in Western hearts and minds. I don't know the truth and don't know this source. Is it reliable, is it fake or misleading? Who knows?
