Number of racially motivated crimes in Poland is growing



Since September 2015 there have been several dozen racially-motivated beatings in Poland, which included kicking and attacks with broken bottles. According to Katarzyna Słubik from Association for Legal Intervention, these are specific crimes involving humiliation and debasement. Verbal attack on Palestinian film-school student was recorded by CCTV camera and the footage of this attack is included in Wyborcza’s video reportage.
Sadly, this tendency is growing: number of racially motivated crimes submitted to the public prosecutors’ increased from 182 in 2010 to 1365 in 2014.
The xenophobic atmosphere in Poland is currently escalating, says Anna Tatar from ‘NEVER AGAIN’ Association which is Poland’s leading anti-racist organization. Recently nationalists gathered in Gdańsk to protest against immigration. They were chanting slogans: “We don’t need Islam and Muslim terrorists” and “White pride, white honour”.
Chechen woman who lives in Poland and also appears in the video, concludes: ‘When they accost you, they don’t say you’re Chechen, Ukrainian or Syrian. They just call you foreign (...) As if you were strange and weird. The words themselves just mean you’re not one of us.’

Poland: Riots erupt after Muslim migrants stab local to death

Just hours after the initial riots took place at the crime scene, clashes between police and rioters in the neighboring Polish town, Lublin, occurred as vandals sprayed anti-Muslim graffiti on a kebab shop that read: “F*** Islam and f*** ISIS.”

Muslim groups will certainly cast these clashes as being “Islamophobic.” One report from Russia’s state-run RT news service was entitled “Xenophobic riots erupt in Polish town after local man killed at kebab diner.” They were actually a hyper-inflamed reaction to the disproportionate response of a Pole being stabbed to death for allegedly throwing a firecracker into the restaurant, and to the ongoing news about jihad attacks and Muslims victimizing citizens in Europe.

Western authorities everywhere would do well to deal with the serious issues of Islamic supremacism and jihad terror before tensions build to the point of violence, as they did in this case. The more authorities ignore and downplay the threat that Muslim migrants pose, while continuing to bring them into Europe, the more we will see of this.

A STAGGERING 300 rioters stormed the streets in a peaceful suburban town after a group of Arab men allegedly stabbed a lone local to death near a kebab restaurant, according to reports.

The rioters descended on the town of Elk, Poland, after a group of Arab – reportedly of Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia descent – chased a young man out of a restaurant in the town and repeatedly stabbed him.

The man, known only as Daniel R, was stabbed last Saturday around 11pm local time, got into a brawl with four other men after reports suggest he threw a firecracker inside a Kebab diner.

The Arab suspects immediately ran out of the restaurant in a flurry and chased the 21-year-old male until they got hold of him and stabbed him twice in the chest.

In a direct response to the attacks, locals who live near restaurant flocked to the streets and began smashing up the kebab diner with firecrackers and stones.

Witness Rafael Kackowski told local police: “In the crowd, numbering between 200 and 300 people, dozens were behaving aggressively.”

Shortly after police were called to calm the scene, rioters began attacking officers and 25 people were arrested.

Tomasz Andrukiewicz, the Mayor of Elk, called on citizens to not to incite hatred and to respect the grief of the deceased Polish man’s family.

He said: “There has been a great tragedy. I would like to appeal and ask residents for calm and to respect the tragedy the family of the 21-year-old Daniel is experiencing.

“I offered psychological help to this family.”

Polish prosecutors have since charged a Tunisian man with murder over the knife attack.

Investigators believe a Tunisian cook, 26, confronted Daniel R after he and another Pole stole two bottles of drink from the premises on Saturday.

Reports claim the Tunisian has admitted taking a knife from the restaurant before running out after the two men.

Polish TVN24 news says the Algerian owner of the restaurant ran out with the Tunisian cook during the quarrel.

A local said he “does not feel safe in the city” after the incident because his local area now “has an aversion to foreigners”.

It would so appear that Poland is not exempt from the issues with Criminal behavour as exhibited by some Islamic individuals. This has been an ongoing situation in the West, being France/Netherlands and Germany for some time now.

The issue is not the religion of Islam, but the issue of a few individuals committing such crimes. They know and understand that if to committe such crimes in their own native lands, the penalty would most likely be death.

It is with trust the Polish Police forces will locate and apprehend these individuals to bring them into the respective court of the land for prosecution and judgement.

There were several attacks for people who looked like of Middle-Eastern origin in Poland. Some of them were asked whether they were muslims... and then beaten

Poland had been a closed country and closed society to be precisely,nothing had ever changed.Why don't you guys close your borders and have the whole of Poland to yourself? "Poska dla Polakow" of cause should be upgraded to the highest level of consciousness.

Poland is divided. The claustrophobic minority votes with better discipline that these who are more liberal in views. Over 70% of Poles support EU. The support for EU is bigger in Poland than in the majority of other european countries. So, it is not that bad!
