The vehicle appears to be very well designed especially for European conditions with a low profile that makes for good protection in distance from an enemy. It is a Russian design with Polish components which makes good sense for spares and upgrades to such as electronics. The designed use of a manual transmission places a heavy load upon the driver but makes good sense under combat conditions over automatic transmission. For if under combat conditions of use, if the automatic equip vehicle suffers a hit that damages the transmission, this will put out of commission of the vehicle placing both the vehicle and crew at high risk. Whilst if upon a hit that damages a manual equip vehicle, it for the most part although badly damaged usually has the limited option of being operated out of the respective combat zone.
