Pieter It is good these women and young girls are now in the safety of Canada. It is a good and vast country rich in opportunities and good people. Non the less though, even as above, these women have a terrible road to go in recovery from the cruelty at the hands of these animals they were victimized by. The body will heal, but the mind? Karl

Karl,
I am not a woman, but close by I have witnessed the suffering, pain, agony, Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, mental problems of women who were abused as a little girl by their father or rape as a teenager. I have written it before and write it again over here. I visited them in their home, listened very long to their story, had long phone coversations with them. There were no limits and no taboos in what they could tell me. So I heard rather awful, disgusting, shocking and extreme facts. Abuse of young girls and women have a very devastating mental and physical effect. I saw borderline and bi-polar and clinical depressive elements in these close female friends of mine. Visited one of them at the psychiatric department of the hospital in Arnhem. Another in a pyschiatric institution in Wolfheze, a well know psychiatric center in the Netherlands.
These Yazidi women will suffer for the rest of their lives of the consequences of the abuse by these Islamic State fighters. I think you could compare them with "the psychopathic killer and child molester", the "violently sadistic", the 'amoral personality" and the "terror warfare" methods of SS Oberführer Oskar Dirlewanger in the massacre of the village Khatyn in Belarus in 1943 and his part in the the Wola massacre in Warsaw from 5–12 August 1944. Islamic state also systematically targeted vulnerable minorities and local populations to kill, rape, torture and other attrocities. Islamic state worriers are the Nazi worriers of today in my opinion. A Dutch Muslim said to me that I am probably right.
Cheers, Pieter aaa

Pieter
You have my complete agreement with the sadistic mind set of These Islamic fighters such as with the ISIS. It seems to be a closed subject, but some of those ex-ISIS nationals of our respective states are coming home. With this, we are introducing this same mind set in to our respective societies.
