thanks for a great reminder about Thanksgivin. It seems to become an international festival. Glad that Germans have it. We used to have just a harvest festival in Poland. But I like the American/Canadian tradition more.

Happy Thanksgiving wishes to all, I hope you will have nice memories of the day!
I was fortunate to celebrate with good neighbors last night and then with a good friend today, and I hope your memories of good people are as fine as mine. The family was visited a few weeks ago (some 7,000 km away), and the other distant sibling is with them now, so there are feelings of a good family to be thankful for as well, something to be thankful for every day.

We also had a good Thankgiving with lots of food and friends around, although Ela is in Texas with John's family. We also had a first real snow here in Idaho, which is a bit later than usual.
