This footage shows US and Italian fighters fighting against the approaching Haftar Forces (LNA) in Tripoli. Were they sent by their governments? Or are they mercenaries?
On 4 April 2019, General Haftar (LNA) announced that he had ordered his forces to advance to Tripoli. The GNA forces, supported by the EU, immediately began mobilising to defend the city. The threat of serious conflicts prompted the UN to postpone a planned peace conference in the city.

Pieter,
this is so terribly sad. I would think that there is nothing left in Libya to fight for. Does Libya has still any existing infrastructure, education etc?
