That fellow in Brabant was a real butt and deserved to have it kicked good. He was very fortunate with those officers for they had the responsibility to the safety of the public to have used lethal force when a big stick was picked up by the the fellow in question.
A person needs be wonder for the drunk fellow in Brabant. For who knows what stress he was unable to cope with in his life and with booze perhaps this was the only way for him to deal with it..
