I put some eighties songs over here from the West and 2 from Poland. It tried to put not to much over here, because I would like to hear from you which songs you liked from the eighties, If you can remember. I could have posted dozens of more hits, but that the thread would be to heavy to load. I hope to see your lists of eighties songs or just your favorite songs from the eighties John, Jaga, Karl, Kaima, Jeanne and others.

Pieter
My self am quite flexible in music tast, as long as it is not overly wild or heavy with loud guitars. But such as Toto, The Police, Turbo, Propoganda and Cyndi Lauper with her rendition of, Time after Time, dependant upon mood and situation.
With this, is a wide selection of various musics that go with my tape deck, and yes, tap decks are certainly out of fashion, but they serve my purpose for when to arrive at the flat, I try to stop thinking and simply drift out of the present time, in to the music world for just a bit of time.
Several tape do I have of old Turkish and Arab music, these I do not have to think by, but let the music simply wash in to my mind and remove tension and figure out an easy supper to fix in 30 minutes. There is a nearby shop that precooks chicken at a nice price, and that is good for three meals with some quick powdered potatoes or some green beans to boil up with.
My self am not starving for I would not have the courage for that, and for sure, the ladies at the canteen at midday at work seem to read minds and suggest all the nice food that I should put on my plate.
