The First song is typical Balkan Yugoslavian style Gypsy music
Dejan626 I year ago About this extraordinary and wonderful song: the first part of the song (00:00 - 2:25) is the song by Saban Bajramovic called "Opa cupa" (only music, the text was afterwards written by Marija Kovacevic on the Serbian language). Šaban Bajramović was a Serbian-Romani musician known as the "King of Roma Music". The second part (2:25 - 4:30) is the song ¡Ai Carmela! - one of the most famous songs of the Spanish Republican troops during the Spanish Civil War. This song refers to the Battle of Ebro (one of the most important rivers on the Iberian Peninsula). As the Danube is the most important river in Serbia (and Europe), BGKO has merged two distant countries, cultures and the whole Europe with this song. That's why I am extremely grateful to you guys. Viva la musica! Greetings from Serbia!
Another reaction:
Polski Kujawiak I year ago I tell you something ,i’m polish but my house is full of Polish, Romanian, Gypsy, Bulgarian, Serbian and Slovakian music.
Looks like I have a big heart full of Slavs Family music
Taraf de Haïdouks - "Clejani Love Song"
Taraful Haiducilor ("Taraf of Haiduks") are a Romani taraf (a troupe of lăutari, traditional musicians) from Clejani, Romania, and one of the most prominent such groups in post-Communist era Romania. In the Western world they have become known by the name given to them in French-speaking areas, where they are known as Taraf de Haïdouks.

Hungarian Roman Gypsy music from the Netherlands
Where Romanian music is more raw, street music and Folk music, Hungarian Gypsy music is more academical, closer to Hungarian classical music, more sophisticated, my cousin who is musician, music producer and someone who played Roma Gypsy music himself explained to me. He got lessons in Budapest from the Hungarian Gypsy violinist Lajos Veres (1912 – 1981). Lajos Veres daughter was the famous Mariska Veres, the lead singer of Shocking Blue.

Balkan Gypsy Music
Macedonia
Romani music or Gipsy music is the music of the Romani people, who have their origins in northern India, but today live mostly in Europe. Historically nomadic, though now largely settled, the Romani people have long acted as entertainers and tradesmen. In many of the places Romanies live they have become known as musicians. The wide distances travelled have introduced a multitude of influences of Byzantine, Greek, Arabic, Indian, Persian, Turkish, Slavic, Romanian, German, Dutch, French, Spanish and even Jewish musical forms. It is difficult to define the parameters of a unified Romani musical style, as there are many differences in melodic, harmonic, rhythmic and formal structures from region to region. Lyrics to Romani songs are often sung in one or more dialects of the Romani language, and dance frequently accompanies Romani music performance.
The quintessentially Spanish flamenco is to a very large extent the music (and dance, or indeed the culture) of the Romani people of Andalusia. Apart from Romani music for local use, in Eastern Europe a separate Romani music originated for entertainment at parties and celebrations. This music drew its themes from Hungarian, Romanian, Russian and other sources. Later on it gained popularity in Western Europe, where many Romani orchestras were active, playing sophisticated melodies of East European origin. Most Romani music is based on the folk music of the countries where the Romani went through or settled. Local music is adopted and performed – usually instrumental – and, slowly, it is transformed into Romani styles, which are usually more complex than the original styles. In its turn, Romani music has greatly influenced the local music.

One of the most hilarious, crazy and typical Balkan, Southern Slav and Gypsy movies I have seen was 'Black Cat White Cat' full of Southern Slav folk music and Balkan Gyosy music. The blond Serbian girl looks like a typical Russian girl. Slavic blond.

The Guy in the bath is a low life Yugoslavian gangster who negotiates with the Gypsies about a Gypsy girl he wants to marry. But the movie is hilarious and this fellow is mocked in a very special way. He is portrayed as an empty headed complete idiot.
