During New Year`s party he and his friend had a fight with 6 other men. They were all drunk. The wanted man used a knife and wounded all 6 victims, 2 of whom received almost fatal injuries but were rescued. His taller and heavier partner had knocked them out of consciousness first, then the slimmer knifer stabbed them at random while they were lying on the ground. The "heavyweight champion" has already been detained and revealed his friend`s name, now the police are looking for the "surgeon."

Has the appearance of a very nice young man, a mothers son and a fathers pride.
Demonstrates that all people have a face, and this young criminal is little different.

Pieter, Charles,
I have a different opinion on this guy. His facial expression is so lacklustre, his eyes are devoid of intelligence so much. Besides, the shape of his skull would be really fascinating for Mr Lombroso, a doctor who became famous as an anthropology criminologist 100 years ago.
PS. The guy gave himself into the hands of the police. He had no choice - no too many people are so rich as to have an operation on the face, to buy new identity papers and to leave the country for good and live somewhere else.
There is one good thing in it. The whole affair proves that today it is really difficult to commit a crime in public and disappear without trace. Those two guys who used a knife live about 500 km from the crime spot (In Poland it is a lot). But they were eventually tracked down, though with certain difficulty (two innocent men were detained first).
In the era of tiny electronic recording devices it frequently happens that some accidental persons takes a photo of you or shots a film where you appear in the background. That was probably the case with the guys - the first one`s amateur photo was shown on TV news. Somebody had taken it earlier during the party, after which the fight started. He saw himself on TV and decided to go the the police. The other one did the same.
The one who used a knife might be charged with attempted murder, a very serious penalty for this. His life will have to take a different course for the next few years.

Would have to agree with you on this one Pawian. To me this guy either looks semi retarted, degranged or both. His face could be on a most wanted poster anywhere. Doesn't look like an alter boy to me.

His life will have to take a different course for the next few years. Thank you for the update of this guy. I am happy the bugger was caught. I do trust for the harshest of penality the courts will give this guy. In as much as to facial appearances and related skull features, this is a bit tricky. A long past assignment found my self working in the department of {identification and dokuments} in Pullach. On a few occasions, it was my duty to obtain finger prints with photographs of various subjects of persons for the purpose of completion of their file folder. It was interesting. Most were very bright, but, not by their appearance. Some had the personality features of a pig. Others were very lovely ladies with a disposition to kill with out remorse. Most were just regular people that you would pass on the street and not notice. In finger printing, you know their past and present occupation. People working in welding and metal, have healed cuts that form small blotches on the finger print photos {it was a pain of the formally used ink roller method on a glass table}. Office people primarily suffered healed and newly created paper cuts on their finger tip pads. Their hands would be smooth and easily blotch up a finger print card with the old method. For our requirements, the technicians {me for a time} would take several prints of the hand {roll print of fingers, flat paddy print of all fingers, chop print of each hand, flat face down hand print of both hands}then after quality inspection, encoded into the computer files. With hard copy of prints placed in their file folder. As an example of one occasion of a personality/facial feature that would not match appearance: We had a little mouse we called {Kleinlich Willie}" Little willie" the little fellow was impossible to catch and we did not want to harm him, so he had the run of our area and we kept him fed and watered. On one occasion leading to the demise of willie, I was finishing up with taking hand writing samples from a lovely young lady for her file, and little willie chose this time to run over my foot under the table, the lovely young lady stomped her foot to willies demise, and then took a paper towel to wipe off some goo off her shoe. Never blinked an eye. Poor demised willie was now flat willie. I had not the heart to trash him, we called the cleaner for his disposal. So as an indicator of the personality, I would be careful of the exterior features of the person, but, people are people, exterior features there again, may be an indicator of their selves. With the nature of people, they can be all things one time, and another under a given set of circumstances. Charles

That`s why Lombroso`s theories were dropped after a period of fascination with them. However, I would certainly think of the guy to be some kind of hoodlum or rogue, and not a university professor.

Strange, because we are supposed to be attracted by symmetry. This lunatic's egghead is very symmetrical and yet not at all attractive.

The story continues...
Both attackers, after they gave themselves in, were stopped for a while, interrogated, shown to witnesses and victims and allowed to go home by a local prosecutor from Zakopane, the town where the fight had taken place.
The Minister of Justice fell into tantrum and ordered to prosecute the prosecutoer for that. hahahahaha

The most wanted man in Poland BY ME is 'man' called Tomasz Szelagowski who was at one time Prezes Zarzadu of 'Coaching and Training Institute Sp.z.o.o. in Warszawa. I think this company no longer exists and the home address he used to have also seems to have disappeared. Why do I (and some others in Poland) want him? About 2 and a half to 3 years ago I came to Warszawa and spoke at a Conference, ran a seminar and a workshop for him. At the end I presented my invoice which he accepted. Four months later I hadn't received a penny: on contact he blamed clients not sending in the fees they should be paying and asked if I would accept the 2000GBP by instalments. I thought we were friends so I said 'yes'. Six months later I had received 600GBP leaving an outstanding debt of 1400GBP which I have not seen to this day. So he is a thief, a con-man, a reneger on agreements and unless I can come across him whenever I am in Warszawa, that 1400GBP will never be seen again. One or two others are in similar positions. He had an associate (or partner) called Maciej Grzeszyk whom I put in the same category.
IF YOU EVER COME ACROSS THIS CRIMINAL LET ME KNOW. His mobile number was oo48228799566, but I have difficulty calling this from UK and it may do no good anyway. What I would really like to do is, if I knew where he is Warszawa, to 'visit' him one evening with one or two companions and suggest he pays up!!
He has a wife, Agnieszka who is (was) a senior cabin crew for LOT, and the last home address I had for him was ul. Sitarskich 15 05-830 Nadarzyn, Poland. He also has a daughter Zuzia who will be about 6 or 7 now.
Any help will be appreciated.
Leslie
(I'll post a photo when I can get round to doing a good one)

Presently he is working abroad and is protected by a small army of bodyguards. He perfectly knows that many people bear a grudge against him. This is his latest photo:

There are a few entries on Tomasz Szelągowski on the Net, e.g., the lectures given by the guy in Nadarzyn as a president of Coaching & Training Institute. That was in March 2006. Somehow he is or was accociated with this college in Nadarzyn. www.wsfki.com/or the lessons of business English by Tomasz Szelągowski in Warsaw.

www.institute.com.pl/onas.htmThis is the advertisement he used to attract clients. Leslie, you should be proud. In the last sentence he writes: We offer you the knowledge and experience of the best qualified instructors, specialists and academics from the highest ranking universities as well as non-government organizations and institutions. PS. He also appears on the credits list of this educational institution from Warsaw: www.sto.org.pl/?c=static&i=17
