Guys, what about you? One of my wishes is - I hope that the scientists soon would be able to produce good food with zero calories Just like now, you can buy all these diet soda 0 calorie drinks which taste good, have good flavor but not a complex sugar... maybe during the next few years we will be able to eat delicious calorie-free ice-cream, bread etc I just had this thought after eating a delicious cherry-chocolate ice-cream with.... only (?) 190 calories per 1/2 half of cup.

My wishes are that our wishes come true:
For that our seas be calm
The wind fair
The sky clear
The waters beneath the keel be deep
Our ship of life be strong, true, and always on course

To all,
That all can get along. That no one call names of another. The hate leaves all of us, forever. That love fill us all. That Poland's poeple have greater and better times, in the new year. That the world has no more pain. That all wars stop forever, and we all get along. Michael Dabrowski

I have a few-they are called resolutions instead- Spend less, save more for retirement, pay off some bills Plant some more bushes/shrubs and some fruit trees in the yard- (what did I say about spending less?) Help others when I can-visit my neighbors instead of being a hermit think more positively Jaga-I used to worry about how many calories every thing I ate had; but I found that if I ate everything in moderation, I was happier. I allowed myself that 3 Musketeers bar, but only one and as a special treat. For me, I found that when I used the artificial sweeteners, like the diet sodas, I became more hungrier quicker. What's worst, it's artificial-a man made chemical compound-who knows what chemicals I was putting in my body...all those preservatives in the 3 Musketeers bar...IIIEEEEE!

Joyce and Jaga......we all know its not the food that is the problem ....it's the eater. We just have to learn and follow a different life changes and stick to them forever. That is the hard part especiallly when all the food keeps talking and saying eat me. ;D

My wish would be to find a job. I will send my best job-finding vibes your way! Job-hunting is not particularly fun, but I hope your searches pay off in the end with something that you find satisfying.

My wish is for my GS to be able to talk.
I had a dream New Years Eve about him taking my hand and just talking to me about everything. He was so happy to be telling me things about his world of autism.
I actually woke my man up when I was yelling (he says) "Can you hear him, can you? He's talking!"
I have a deep feeling that he will make great breakthroughs this year. He's already come a very long way.

joyce,
He, your husband, does not help, does he. If he can't help, cute him off, that will work.

joyce, He, your husband, does not help, does he. If he can't help, cute him off, that will work. Michael Dabrowski He's the one who almost demands dessert after dinner. And if I don't make any dessert, he will rummage around looking for something for his sweet tooth. He is not a "Jello" person-altho Jello and a dab of whipped cream or Cool Whip would please me. I cook for my husband-for he makes the money so we can eat. He could, if he really wanted to quit eating junk food. But that takes will power too. There was a time where we use to order a pizza and he would expect me to eat half of it & he'd eat the other half. I can't do that anymore. Pizza was becoming a once a week meal-sorta like spaghetti is a once a week meal. Pizza to me is a treat-maybe once a month-so I don't get burned out on it. Do you have a meal that you eat every week? Either out of habit or economic necessity? Do you have any meals that are for treats or special occasions only? And what do you all eat for junk food? Can you tell it's getting close to dinner time? FOOD!!!
