Wow - such an impressive list! I love travelling, but unfortunately, it's just too expensive.
I've been in the U.S., Canada, Russia, Belarus, and Georgia. I've also sat in airports in the UK (London), Netherlands (Amsterdam), and Poland (Warsaw).

Yep, you're correct, Texas was a Republic before joining the Union in 1845. The only one, of the 50 states, that was a Republic! I guess you could say it was a separate Kingdom.

Hawaii was a kingdom, too, I believe.

I have seen a lot of youngster travelling around and they weren't rich scions of wealthy families. Most of these youngsters were living out of a backpack and staying at youth hostels. They were not eating in luxury restraunts but they did know how to make use of grocery stores. ;D

Not exactly well traveled abroad, but fairly well so in these United States. Canada Mexico Czech Republic Poland Switzerland - but only the airport..LOL USA (48 of the 50 states. No DE or ID) Well, it had it's own king and queens, so it would have to have been a kingdom. And what a beautiful place...

My List: - about half of the U.S. States
- Hawaii
- about half the provinces of Canada
- New Zealand
- England
- Ireland
- France
- Germany
- Belgium
- Netherlands
- Switzerland
- Poland
- Israel
I was fortunate enough to marry a man who loved travel as much as I do. His profession (agriculture) also took him to many countries for meetings and consulting -when I had enough money, I'd tag along; not enough $$$ or children small, I'd stay home. His list is more extensive than mine
