HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY!
The meaning of New Year lost for me some of its charm since I realized that in every part of the world the New year starts at a different time, so people in Australia had a New Year much earlier they we did here in Idaho, Europeans also were earlier.

It is afternoon of the new year, and as on of the last to see the new year in, I wish you all well. Not just for this new year but for the new decade. I was also fortunate enough to see the partial eclipse of the blue moon on the last morning of the year. Kai I had to be reminded, but a 'blue moon' happens whenever a calendar month includes a second 'full moon'. The second full moon is then referred to as a blue moon. The next new year's celebration that will coincide with a blue moon will be in about 19 years. The eclipse was not as full as the one shown here
