Gardecki's pictures are interesting and they have their own individuality. I never liked Stazewski, his simple geometry was just boring.... I could not understand why some artists, like Stazewski, gain a fame, while others are struggling their own life.... at least Gardecki's paintings are interesting and different, although they might be vangoggish slightly, I agree.

Dear Jaga, Fine art or contemporary art also called Modern art by some people and Museums in a simplistic way is very important in my life as part of the larger culture of Europe, the USA and the Netherlands where I live. I see painting, sculpture, murals (beautiful graffiti tags), graphical art, graphic design, product design, video art, video clips, webdesign, architecture, art curators, art critics, art historians, various sorts of art (even the art we consider to be boring in our personal subjective opinions), art students, amateur art, folk art, street art, theatre, dance, music, art media, the art press, the cultural part of television and radio, art blogs and art websites, and artists themselves who dedicate every day to make their art as an enrichment of our societies, countries and continents. I can't criticise or judge Henryk Stażewski, because I have never seen his work in real life. Never had the pleasure to see his paintings in real in an art gallery or an art museum. I am interested in Geometrical abstract and constructivist art. From the Russian constructivists, to the Dutch De Stijl Artists, to the American abstract artists. It is interesting, innovative, and sometimes difficult art. I loved to see the paintings of abstract American artists in the Museum of Modern Art in New York for instance, because seeing them in real life is totally different from seeing them from an image in a book or from the internet. I liked the large colorful works of Ellsworth Kelly for instance. You could consider his work as Henryk Stażewski in the sense that it is equally abstract and simple in some examples. But it has a great power and in some cases a great esthetic beauty in my humble personal subjective view. A 1978 gift of Dr. and Mrs. Jack M. Farris, it anchors the MCASD collection. Though bigger, the San Diego Kelly is essentially a cropping of the Broad painting, with colors swapped and proportions adjusted.Sygnowany na odwrocie - "1975 / Henryk Stażewski"Cheers, Pieter

I went three time to the International Art exhibition Documenta in Kassel in 1992, 2002 and 2007, and I loved it. The art the curators of that exhibition showed of the artists that participated in it.
I saw Anish Kapoor's work in Kassel on Documenta IX in 1992.
