I just saw a very interesting movie: "Napoleon Dynamite". It made its debut at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2004, very interesting, done by little money. It basically shows like like it is in Idaho! read more about it: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Napoleon_Dynamite

Jaga,
Have you seen "My Own Private Idaho", I found that a very impressive movie, and I don't know if it shows Idaho like it is?

Jaga, I LOVE "Napoleon Dynamite" and yes it really does accurately show a segment of Idaho. When I worked at the college of Agriculture we had several Napoleons running around! Although "My Own Private Idaho" - is something different more of a fantasy

Pieter, Holly,
no, I did not see "my private Idaho" yet. I will try. I did not expect that this movie "Napoleon Dynamite" was such a hit, but I am glad since it is god! Is a name "Napoleon" really popular here?

Is a name "Napoleon" really popular here? Napoleon is not a very popular name at all. That's probably why it was chosen. I too enjoyed this movie immensely. It's funny how many people have never seen the ending though: if you wait until the credits are completely over, there is about 5 more minutes of film! If you haven't seen Napoleon on the horse, then you have turned the TV off too soon!
