I am on the slight diet. I definitively need to lose weight. So, if you know about any food or dishes that consume more of the internal energy than give to the body please let me know ;D

Jaga, I don't know of any foods themselves that cause weight loss, if that's what you mean. Unfortunately, the only solution is eating less and moving more. Drink plenty of water, and have some protein at every meal to prevent hunger - that works for me, at least.

Ladies, Charles, thanks! In my case lots of exercise always worked better than a strict diet. I remember when I enrolled to karate classes and also swimming - 3 times a week I started losing weight very quick. I was coming home late and too tired to eat anything anymore! Charles, thanks for telling me about slim fast. I may try but then... I would not be able to eat any regular food which I like sometimes

There was a theory a few years ago talking about foods with "negative calories", i.e.. You burned up more calories digesting them then actually gained from eating them. This got lots of play for awhile, and there are those in the health community that still maintain that it is valid. There were some other studies that said it was not possible, so who knows what is really true". It’s an area that I have no real education in. I think everybody must find what works for them. I count every single calorie I take in a day for about two weeks and write it on a paper. I know the number of calories someone my age, height and activity level can take in just to maintain their weight. Then I subtract 400-500 from that, and do not go over that amount, no matter what. Which means I must factor in any “piwo’s” or wine with dinner. Such a regiment will lose you @1.5 lbs a week, which is slow enough. When I could work out, I’d use the machines that told me how many calories I burned, and then I could eat or drink a little more (or not), but always staying under the “net amount” desired. Many will find it too cumbersome, but it did get me very familiar with the caloric content of what I was eating and snacking on, so it made me more educated. Then after two weeks, I’d just do it on my own. Every 6 months or so I’d count them again, especially if a holiday period (or trip to Poland) interfered with the progress.
