These are photos with my two brothers. I thought, it would be interesting to post it here since it was all done in Poland. Did you dress similarly here in the US? Below is me with my brother and I am not sure who is this babushka. I do not think this is my grandma.... below is me and my two brothers with Mis - a bear:

Jaga,
Wonderful and very clear images of a cosy family life and happy children. A bother with his cute little sister and two brothers and their little sister with what seems to be a polar bear (Niedźwiedź polarny, niedźwiedź biały). It reminds me of the images of me and my sister in the early seventies (1971-1975). Images with my Polish grandparents in the Netherlands and in Poznań and with my Dutch grandmother in the Netherlands. My mother wore a headgear in the early seventies simetimes. Textile and plastic ones. Not for religious reasons, but for protection against the sun or rain. And it was worn in a Western fashion, not like the orthodox jewish and Muslim women who cover all their hair.
I believe I looked like your brother in the first image, with his short trousers. I was a brunette version of that blond boy (if he is blond, he looks blond). My parents had an old fashionate pram and a sort of small seize child carriage. And children are children, they are confident of their parents and feel safe and protected in their child environment. You look happy with your two older brothers and you seem to observe the older lady in the first image. Like you are listening to her while she is talking to you. Your bother is about to carry you away or just put you there in front of the old lady. I hope you had a good childhood overthere with your two academic parents, their international university climate, and with two older brothers who are often protective of smaller sisters.
Cheers, Pieter
