An excellent situation as you have described for those for what ever reason to have access to the forum. In far past, found my self in such a situation, if not to have accessed you, it would have been very difficult for my self to access the forum. There are situations that will not allow a return e-mail from the web site, it was this situation that found my self in a difficulty.
Situations vary with people that may or may not be allowable for them to gain membership, it is then this allows them to at least post a response to a discussion.
A question though, would this access allow a person to introduce a topic although not a member?

Jaga A question though, would this access allow a person to introduce a topic although not a member? Karl Karl, you are as sweet as usual. I think that we do not let to introduce the new topic to people who are not logged to avoid a spam. Still, they can post and then we can try to help them to get the username etc. How hot it is there in Pueblo? Here in Idaho is quite warm weather during the day!

I think perhaps you are very correct with only members to post new topics, and as you rightly mentioned. This should be for logged in members.
I am happy for you and your family to enjoy such nice weather in your area of Idaho. It is nice to spend time with the family when the weather is good. Do you have many parks in your area or rest areas to simply just sit and visit?
Puebla is in a mountain valley and is rather high in altitude {2135 meters} and usually there is a light wind blows through. With the industry, and traffic it is good, for the wind scowers out the fumes and keeps the air fresh. It has been days of cloudy skies and some thunderstorms that follow the valley. It has been about 22C-25C in the day lately.
The thunder storms cause a bit of interference with our roof antennas with static electricity. To get maintenance out is a bit of arguing with treat of a lighting strike, but they always go out.
There are three rivers through the valley though, with one prone to flooding. The San Francisco will over flow very quickly with high mountain run off into the river. The bridges are built with a great deal of clearance for most normal run off, but occasionally, sudden mountain storms will hit, and if there has been heavy rain in the valley, this will very quickly over run the bridge and cause accidents to people caught up in it. Usually if a warning is given, the city will block it off until the high river run off has cleared.
The nice thing about these storms is the after math, for the air smells so clean and fresh.
