With the latest comments by Putin, it seems to me that that man Bush and your government leaders are intent on restarting the old Cold War (and perhaps a Hot one). Have they not heard of the words 'diplomacy', 'neighbourliness' and 'Compromise' Blair got us into this mess in Iraq with his poodle-like relationship with Bush and it's going to take some getting out of. Do the people of Poland support all these latest moves? There would be no pre-1939 agreement of support this time if action goes ahead as it seems to be.

The way I see it, the West is contributing to the problems, Russia is merely reacting to them, but instead of simply giving into the West's demands, Russia is standing up for its own rights. However, that leads the West to say that Russia is being hostile and uncooperative. How will it end?
The U.S. tries to put "missile defence systems" in Europe and the UK demands that Russia alter its constitution so that a Russian citizen can be put on trial in England. What is Russia supposed to do to these demands?
