Yesterday while finding some books for Ela to read in "easy reading" section of Idaho Falls library I found this strange book: The Gas We Pass: The Story of Farts www.amazon.com/Gas-We-Pass-Story-Science/dp/1929132158/polishsite-20It is the book about.... how the gas is produced in human body and in animals. Not bad book, I borrowed out of curiosity and asked my husbadn to read with Ela (since men have usually more fan passing gas anyways) but I was wondering why they produced this book for kids 7-8 years old.

It just seems to reflect such a healthy and trusting relationship. Now as far as men having a special relationship to passing gas, Old Guru the Wise Guy once told me that it is quite natural. Women don't pass as much gas as guys because they talk more and don't shut up long enough to build up the necessary back pressure! Kai the Guy PS Watch out for guys with few words. There is a reason why they are on horses out on the open range!

Interesting conversation here. Do you think women really don't pass as much gas as men do or just will not admit to it.
It seems I read somewhere that the average person passed gas (forgot the # but was much) daily. Well you know what the old saying is: It is better to fart than bare the shame then not to fart and bare the pain....so stay away from the musical fruit cause the more you eat the more you toot ;D
