Good news Haggis Hunters. We are in the early stages of reviving the Great Scottish Haggis Hunt. It's been a bleak two years on the moors without the hunt but the wait could be over this year. We need your ideas however. What would you want to see on a new and improved Haggis Hunt? Yours, Farquhar, Chief Ghillie

Dear J.J. You are a brave soul I must say, to go to one of those outings full of Brits and Scotts. I still remember having a run in with Haggis at a Daughters of England party quite some time in past, it is still eitched in my brain like that of a cow branding iron.. Then as if to toss petrol upon the fire, whilst not to learn enough for life survival, was to attend only as I though, the out skirts of one of those things the Scotts enjoy to attend. I though perhaps to be safe in a cool pleasant tavern drinking a beer, for it was hot that day in Abbotsford {BC}, but lo,,not so. For three of those drunken Scotts riding horses in the parade, rode them through the swinging doors into the Tavern, past several pool tables, dancing about making a big mess knocking over chairs and very noisy so, hooping and holloring all the time about. Then they rode out leaving many of us simply staring whilst some were cheering.. The point is: there is no such thing as safety around and about where Scotts lurk. bchighlandgames.com/attractions/haggis-hunt/Karl
