A very energetic Young ladies music group Slovenian. Not sure if their language is Polish understandable, but to those to enjoy Polka music should be enjoyable.
This was recorded in Duluth Minnesota USA. The name of music group {Polka ValĨek Skupina Navihanke} means: Polka and Waltz Group Kumer- Not precisely sure for as not my self speak Slovenian.

More life of the Polka in the USA, this time in Wisconsin.
Here 'the history of the Polka". About 10 or 11 minutes into the reportage they get beyond Queen Victoria condemning the immoral dance and into the lively Polish version - which attracts the younger generation.

About 10 or 11 minutes into the reportage they get beyond Queen Victoria condemning the immoral dance and into the lively Polish version - which attracts the younger generation. I just clicked on my own link, first before I signed in and again after, and the video link failed both times. Perhaps it was because it was not a direct youtube link ... so a quick search gives me this link. There are references to Polish and to German polka clubs in AMerica .. I have tried both, and all they do is generate an opportunity to read the black screen and click on the bottom offering "watch on youtube", which works.
