Polish People Picking up Mushrooms have Interrupted US Military Exercises
World | October 10, 2017, Tuesday An invasion of Polish people picking up mushrooms ruined the teachings of an American tank unit near the western city of Jagan, RIA Novosti reported. US combat machines yesterday had to shoot in the area. The heavy rains during the weekend, however, caused an abundant mushroom crop, and many residents of the area set out to collect the plants. The people were not concerned by the warning posters in Polish and English, and the command was forced to cancel the maneuvers. The Central European state hosts an exercise involving about 3,500 troops from the United States. America has increased its military presence in Central and Eastern Europe after Russia occupied the Ukrainian Black Sea coast of Crimea in 2014.
I have decided to call this action "Mushroom Power" !!

Can't they built a large fence or wall around military area's? In the Netherlands where I live there are dangerous area's in the Veluwe forests which are military area's. There are fences and signs with 'Danger, Live ammunition is used here, do not enter this zone'. People who were not concerned by the warning posters in Polish and English must be naive or stupid. Collecting mushrooms in a fire zone of heavy combat tanks is suicidal! Maybe this isn't real news but an early April 1 prank? April Fools' Day! ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/April_Fools%27_Day )

Collecting mushrooms in a fire zone of heavy combat tanks is suicidal! Maybe this isn't real news but an early April 1 prank? April Fools' Day! ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/April_Fools%27_Day ) We live with the same conditions in Anchorage, Alaska. We have a beautiful green belt between the city and the mountains to the east, and the northern part of this green belt has been / is military live firing exercise area. The military moved in in WW II and kicked out the settlers and created their military bases. Over the decades they had live firing exercises - with a natural percentage of dud ammunition, thus we have the warning signs to stay out of the area. They are more selective at where they shoot today, but they still shoot, and exercise control over the safety areas on the sides of the impact areas. My support goes to the mushroom gatherers. Theirs is a more worthwhile occupation. Blowing things up we can save for another day, and the pickers who have become fat on their succulent mushrooms can become tomorrow's collateral damage. Dead meat once you gather enough of it and become inured to murder and slaughter, before you return home with PTSD. Kai the PeaceMonger Kill them all and let God sort them out, since we kill them in his name anyhow!
