They predict quite a winter now in Poland, with low temperatures and snow is already there.
In Southwestern part of Poland people observed this beautiful halo that is related to the reflection on ice crystals in the cold air.
I saw halo several times in Idaho, but not that clearly (usually I see just the right and left corners).
