The French do have a problem that is real and currant. Part of the problem solving is to remove the human rational with all the frailties separated out of the equation. To then begin identification of the actual mechanics of this situation. Locate the strengths and more emportant, the weaknesses. Then Identify the best course of action for resolution. If it entails rights and privileges then so be it. For this situation is not following the rule of law, so as reality of the present, the rule of law becomes lawless.
All the while of this situation is on going, is a drain upon the resources of both local and regional Government that should be in this stead, used for the common good.
