Pieter Approximately three years past, the following was offered as a solution to this two state issue and was turned down. www.nytimes.com/2016/12/29/world/middleeast/israel-palestinians-two-state-solution.htmlWhat is strange is even the Saudies have nothing to do with their fellow Arabs who call them selves Palestinians as the peoples of Palestine. In this manner, it would be logical for the Saudies to enter for the reason to remove out of the country, Hamas as being the hand of Iran, but as reality shows its face, this has not happened. Karl Karl,
Today it is very hard and nearly impossible to reach an agreement between the Palestinians and Israeli's. The relationship between Israel and the Sunni Muslim Arab nations has improved due to the fact that both Israel and the Sunni Arab nations are enemies of Iran. The Arab nations are reluctant to help or support the Palestinians today. But in the Arab street of course there is still sympathy for the fellow Sunni Arab Palestinians. But with Syria, the Libyan civil war, Iraq and Jemen Palestine is not the number one issue today.
Cheers, Pieter

Pieter,
apparently Netanyahu won. So, unfortunately the solution to the Palestinian problem may be the Final Solution.... I hope that the world would react and prevent it

This is an interesting interview with a clearly Russian politician, if you hear his strong slavic accent of English.

A former U.N. humanitarian worker and author of "Ishmael's Oranges" gives her perspective as a Jewish-Palestinian on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in Gaza.

Pieter, I watched some of the videos you posted, and it was quite interesting analysis and also sad about the Israeli left being weak, not having enough Arabs, but still being optimistic. Today I read in American news information about many Palestinian being killed by Israeli forces in Gaza, but the information is constructed in such a way as like people in Gaza were killed just because they are guilty of it. Very sad that Netanyahu is still in power and can do whatever he wishes.
