One Arnhem neighbourhood looked like a war zone with several burned out cars. There are some pyromaniacs active. Could be one pyromaniac, but there are a lot of car burnings.

This is sad for the people who need these cars especially during these hard times to do shopping or drive children or elderly. The people who are caught doing arson myst be punished severely.
In this time for many people a burned car is a disaster.
