Stephanie Rapkin, 64, an attorney from Shorewood, Wisconsin, is facing charges of battery and disorderly conduct after spitting on a young black protester who got in her face in an intimidating fashion.

Pieter I must say, this is quite the situation of many aspects that verge upon both opinion and physical assault. For one thing is very clear, Attorney Stephanie Rapkin does in deed possess a great deal of sand in her make up.. It would appear as she faced such a mob of very loud protesters, she stood up to them in the only manner of a lone white woman can and to turn a defense in to an offense, she spit on the young leader. A person may consider of both aspects of the receiver of being spit upon and that of the lady being attempted by loud mod action to be intiminated by such a gathered group. The question then arrises, where will the most guilt lay? But, upon the other aspect of this situation, the lady is a professional attorney and this action of hers, should she have come down to the level of such people she faced? Which is then if, the case is lost by the prosecution, the person as the initiator of the complaint could very well become the recipient of a very nasty lawsuit at best, at worse, to then be the recipient of a criminal charge.
