Thank you dear John, I certainly love old American Blues, Rhythm-and-blues and Rock ‘n Roll next to American Soul, Disco, Folk, Country & Western (Dolly Parton and Miley Cyrus), Rock and Pop music we grew up with. The American 🇺🇸 music came to Europe via the American G.I.’s who hang a long period in Europe after their First World War and Second World War services and American soldiers during the Cold War in West Germany. Next to them American Bohemians, travellers, photographers, artists and writers (Ernest Hemingway) who came to Europe and took European influences, music, art and photography and cinema back to the States and American music and culture back. This mutual fertilization created the Western culture of the 20th and 21th century. The influence of American music of the fifties created the British Beat Music.
Lovely swinging old Rock ‘n Roll songs. I also love ❤️ the Elvis Presley version.

J.J. and Pieter
Elvis Presly,,,we young people then could not believe this music and his dancing/wiggling upon the stage was simply stunning. We in the first were just silently stunned, then once then to return our senses, to believe what we were hearing, to then enjoy this new kind of American music.

Pieter, I like Elvis Presley. He was unique and his style was refreshing. I Just wrote in the post to Kai, that I remember when we learned that he died from watching Austrian TV in Vienna. He was just 42 years old in that time.
