An excellent question that due to the national security of each respective nation, not to be answered. In short past up to the present, Russian forces have been deployed in an unbelievable careless manner and as such, have been destroyed in like unbelievable manner. There is a reason for every thing, and that is a question that is begging to be answered. For as like past to present, other then some very modern weapons and communication equipment as well as very poor conscript solders, these have been long out of date equipment easily defeated with modern weapons. There is a question though that begs an answer and it is: Is this a fount used by Mr. Putin as a false ploy as a test before applying his most modern equipment and weapons with his best trained solders?
In short, is Mr. Putin tossing the goat out to test the waters and his enemies ability, manner to respond?
