The explanation of Mr. Tony Blair makes good sense with his observation of the changes in recent times of Mr. Putin and his actions. For he {Putin} has not been acting sensible with his decisions of late being one most glaring being his ordering the invasion of Ukraine and then not personally viewing the war situation for an evaluation of what has been wrong with the military losses. For in this stead, Mr. Putin has relied up on reports from frightened Generals afraid to tell him the truth.
With this all of course, time will be the decider of what ever out come will be.
