You won't have this in Europe. Only private or in certain professions.

Eva Jinek, Dutch tv anchor with Czech parents, imitates her mother. Something like this, it is my internal moral, who eh, yeah (Ja), Bobies, else you see nothing from that top, If yo have it flount it, ofcourse you get my mother again; "I see your breasts" ("Ik zie je borsten")! Famous blooper on Dutch tv, she even came in a talkshow after it to talk about it. By mistake this was aired live on tv.
You had a bizar day Eva, this blooper is seen 100 thousands of times in the Netherlands. Eva, in the process of the tv show someone forgot to switch off the camera. She wasn't ashamed, but it made her quite shy. I am just a human being and didn't do anything wrong. It became a hit and even became a ringtone for phones. Czech beauty!

We live in strange times when cleavages of women are serious topics in serious news tv programs.

We live in strange times when cleavages of women are serious topics in serious news tv programs. Pieter I must say, your above gave cause for my laughing, yes, yes, how so true you have spoken... Whilst my reply is not agreeable with the learned of our respective critics of a ladies cleavage, for in that stead, the concentration should be on their respective beauty. For in this stead, these various loud mouths seem to wish to embarrass in the stead of simply being a gentleman and let the embarrassed ladies be in peace to straighten them selves out, for how many times most likely these same condemning fellows walked around with their flies unzipped after living the mans toilet? Karl,
Of course you as the true Danish-German North-West European gentleman are right about these loudmouths. Women in my experience can also be very judgmental about fellow women. But they are often in vulnerable work relations, work hierarchies and complex social structures.
The social control of grandmothers, mothers, sisters, aunts, cousins, nieces, neighbours, girlfriends in female circles of friends and in the workfield, the women at your job if you are a woman. If there is a competitive element, I don’t know.
But as a woman you must arm yourself against the sexist look of male colleagues, female colleagues and strangers. In certain responsible jobs you have to be strong in your shoes as a corporate, anchor, business, civil servant, horeca or social services woman.
Cheers, Pieter
