The Israeli army mainly targets the independentist armed Palestinian group Lions' Den (Arabic: عرين الأسود, romanized: ʿArīn al-ʾUsud)( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lions%27_Den_(militant_group) ), the al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades (Arabic: كتائب شهداء الأقصى, romanized: Katā'ib Shuhadā' al-'Aqṣā), a coalition of Palestinian armed groups in the West Bank. The al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades have carried out several joint attacks with the Islamist group Hamas. These attacks were committed mainly in the Gaza Strip. The al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades have also carried out joint attack with other militant groups such as Palestinian Islamic Jihad, The Popular Resistance Committees and with Hezbollah in the West Bank.
The armed wing of Hamas Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades. oOrganized terrorist activities associated with Hamas can be reliably attributed to the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades. The Al-Quds Brigades (AQB) (Arabic: سرايا القدس, Saraya al-Quds meaning Jerusalem Brigades) of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad is active in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and Southern Lebanon. The Al-Quds Brigades was founded in 1981 by Fathi Shaqaqi and Abd Al Aziz Awda in Gaza, and has been active in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, especially in the town of Jenin. The Israeli raid in Jenin was probably against the The Al-Quds Brigades of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
Next to these groups also Thge Tanzim militia (Arabic: تنظيم Tanẓīm, "Organization") or Fatah Tanzim a militant faction of the Palestinian Fatah movement is active in the Westbank and conducted terrorist atvitiies like killing an American Israeli farmer on the Ma’on farm near Hebron on sunday 19 April 1998, shooting and killing Israeli drivers, murdering a 16-year-old Israeli boy who is lured on the internet by a Palestinian woman posing as an American (a Female Tanzim member), a suicide bombing and a lot more shooting and killing attacks.
The murder of Shalhevet Pass was a shooting attack carried out in Hebron, West Bank, on 26 March 2001, in which a Palestinian sniper killed 10-month-old Israeli infant Shalhevet Pass. The event shocked the Israeli public, partly because an investigation ruled that the sniper had deliberately aimed for the baby. According to Deborah Sontag of the New York Times, the murder became a "potent Israeli symbol as an innocent victim of the raging violence."
I a distorted image often leftist or so called neutral press in Europe portray the Israeli aggressor and the Palestinian victims. Reality is more complicated and the Palestinian armed militants aren't tolerant towards Palestinian christians (like Jaga experienced in Bethlehem), Palestinians of rival clans, groups or movements. The latest episode of the Israeli Netflix series Fauda 4 portrays the situation very well. The woman with long hair is a Jewish Israeli combat unit member. Things went wrong during a West Bank operation. She was nearly lynched by Palestinians.

Hear you hear Palestinian christians speaking (anonympously) about the discrimination of the Palestinian Christian minority by the Palestinian majority. An example 14 houses were burned in a Christian village. When a Christian killed a Muslim in self defence and angry Mulism mob came and set fire to the houses, the stores and to the church.

Palestinians: Were your ancestors Jews or Christians?
Islam and Muslims are very fierce. There is only Islam and Allah in the world. That is the true way. Islam came after Judaism and Crhistianity and perfected religion and in their point of view Christians and Jews could easily become Muslim, because the Jewish and Christian prophets and messiah are prophets in Islam. Abraham, Moses, John the Baptist, Jesus Christ and etc. In reality the Torah, Bible and Quran are slightly different and the three religions very different, despite the similarities, like their Abrahamic and Monotheist roots and identities.

The endless cycle of violence seems to never end. Jerusalem has a thousand years old heritage of violence, bloodshed and destruction. While the Jewish Israeli's due to living in the land of Israel for generations will become more Middle Eastern in time, the Palestinian Arabs, mostly Sunni Muslim will keep clashing with the Israeli's. In the same time Palestinian internal conflicts cost the lives of many Palestinians, and the Palestinian Christian minority suffers double, first as ethnic Palestinians under Israeli occupation and secondly by the intolerance and pressure of the Sunni Muslim majority which is expanding and does not show much tolerance and give not much space to Palestinian christians, like Jaga experienced in Bethlehem, when a Christian service was hindered by noise of Palestinian muslims outside the Chruch.

From the other side many Palestinians and Israeli Arabs look (ethnically/racially) similar to the 'dark' Israeli Jews of whom many have Jemenity, Iraqi, Iranian, Syrian, Lebanese, Egyptian, Jordanian, Tunesian, Libiyan, Algerian, Moroccan, Turkish, Azebajani, and other Muslim countries roots. The Arab, Berber, Persian, Kurd, Azeri and Turkish Jews in Israel. The mixing in the Israeli society will make the Israeli Jewish population more Middle Eastern, dark, and Semitic like their Arab neigbours in decades. In time the Israeli's will blend in and many of the will learn the Arab language and Arab culture. Because it is important to know the language of your neighbour. Like many Israeli Arabs and Palestinians from the Westbank speak Hebrew today. Hebrew some people say is close to Arab as semitic language. Both Arabic and Hebrew are written and read from right to left, in staid of our European latin alphabet, letters, words, sentences and languages.
