Thanks George. Utica my old hometown still has a small zoo. I think it has gotten a tiny bit better than when I lived there. Still they are lucky to have even the tiny one they have. Rochester has a zoo also and just recently they have expanded it and are still not finished. It is coming along nicely. Does Albany have a zoo.

My wife is from Little Falls and she said it is close to Utica.

Jim, Little Falls is about a half hour away from Utica. One of my brothers was born there. We lived just off of main street. Ask your wife if she remembers a nursing home that was about a couple blocks from downtown. It was located across the street from a big park. I use to play with the daughter of the owner. I only remember her first name, Jean (I think)

I have good memories of the Utica zoo. When i took my kids there it was before they wanted the animals in their natural envirionment. There the lions and tigers were very close for you to see. Especially around feeding times. No Albany doesn't have a zoo except for a few parts of town, if you know what i mean.
