This evening we are going to visit my wife's 82 year old uncle. I am cooking boneless chuck pot roast w/ onions, celery, potato, carrot and made with a mushroom broth. For desert I am making an egg custard made with our own guinea hen eggs, cream, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg topped with blackberries. Anybody want to visit? J.J. ;D ;D My wife makes the Spanish version of this (Flan). If your guests don't mind, You can pour a shot of Cognac over the custard serving (Flan con Conac). ;D
