Karl, I hope that your blood pressure is still OK. Mexican coffee is probably very good, but I could not drink that much. I love coffee aroma. Jaga I do hate to admit it, but you have an excellent point with drinking this much coffee. Coffee in Mexico is varied as in the States and Canada, with dicaf abundant with some very mild and actually very good tasting coffees. I just chose some what by default, Café Bustelo, it is black and strong with very strong flavor. About 3 or 4 mugs and that is all I drink to not get woozy. As you have mentioned about blood pressure, yes, I agree with you it helps not very much with keeping it in check. I passed my yearly physical check in good shape other then high blood pressure. He recently upped one medicine I take{ Carvedilol 12.5 MG and kept the Losartan 50 MG at the same}. With the number of cups {mugs} of coffee I drink, he just looked and made his notes. This same medicine is most likely very available in the States where you live as well as here. Although I do by department requirement, see a German physician for then the medical report is kept in house. I am only to work by allowance of passing the medical examination on a yearly basis. And, this of turning down my various request for retirement. But then, most likely I would return to Dänemark and drink to death whilst out sailing, forever then to face the wrath of my wife. It would probably due to my restless nature for a department ghost to say," I could have told you so". Karl

It is my most pleasure wish for us all at once in this life, to meet for morning coffee and enjoy our conversations. It would be interesting for us all with our meeting, and see one another in real time to match our minds eye of what we actually look like. I have though, reduced once more the coffee intake from previous two cups {mugs} to just one, after that, then two maybe three cups of tea in the day. I do like decaf for it is nice and black with a good strong flavour tast to it. What do you think of decaf? I have heard it is a nasty process with its manufacture. Karl
