How so interesting! Have I to have forgotten so quickly...
Dinkel is found today in the present in Health food out let for people with Wheat in-tolerance. Very important ingredient for {dinketbrot} it is very neutral I have heard.
It is availeable both inWhite and wholemeal. I am not sure if available in America or Canada.

Karl, I was hoping you would respond since I think dinkel was more popular in Germany even than in Poland. Therefore I was checking the German website about it, Dinkel - is such a nice name
