Hi All,
this is the first time I had an internet connection and I am in somebody's else house so I hope you forgive me that I use my second identity (not sure what is the password for my original name).
Hopefully the internet will start working on Monday, so I hope I would be able to login normally then.
We had a good travel. It was a bit surprising that although in Idaho Falls we had lots of snow, there was really no snow in Denver. The worst weather was in Austin, we had a very intense rain here, but it was needed since they did not have any rain for 3 months as far as I know.
It is good to be with family and friends, Ela has a great time, we have a good food. I hope that everybody else here in the forum has a great Christmas. This is a time of the year we need to be with people rather than with the computers and the computer games.

Jaga How nice of you to post whilst with the family. It is non the less very much welcome, for now we know you and family arrived safely... I think perhaps this is the most welcomed time of the year, to be with family and friends to rejoice with. For time is not always our friend. It is good to hear from you and mind not the different name, speaking only for my self for over the various years, a name is a name for how ever. Happy Holidays Karl

Hi All, (not sure what is the password for my original name). Wow - you really should get this problem solved. Otherwise, one accident with the data on your computer at home and you could lose administrative access to this forum forever!

I hope you are enjoying fine weather and great family in Texas, Jaga! I am in Ohio for the holidays and after the new year will take my car and drive down the East Coast to Florida, then across the southern states, visiting a variety of peoples, and then head up the west coast (possibly avoiding most of California!) and take the ferry (Marine Highway, a 3 day trip on a 600 foot ship) to Alaska. From the landing to home will be another 830 miles, and quite suspect again for the beleaguered Homeland Security, already suspicious of me - I was in Canada TWICE in 2010! ! ! You would think I liked the place and considered myself a Free American, to travel there so often!!
How thoroughly will they question me next time?
Kai the Traveler
Enjoy your sunshine.

Kai, Regarding your trip down the east coast - - - you'll have to find it first. I suggest getting a tracked vehicle for this trip. They are predicting 20" to 24" of snow before the day is over. Don't feel bad about Canada. Been there 4 times this year. At the border they have me on a quick list or something since we only are held up for a few minutes at a time.

I've been to Canada only a few times in my life, and only to a small number of places. This is shameful, considering how close Canada is to Massachusetts.
1987 - Sherbrooke, Québec (3 days) 1997 - New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island (7 days) 2000 - Sherbrooke, Québec (1 1/2 days) 2004 - Sherbrooke, Québec (2 hours)
My father keeps choosing Sherbrooke - he really likes it there. If it weren't for the winter weather and the fact that he doesn't speak French, he would probably like to retire there!

Hi guys, thanks for your nice e-mail. The computer expert was here in my inlaws today and he fixed the internet. They did not have cable yet. Their telephone does not work properly still. At least the internet works which is good! It is a beautiful weather here and I am planning to meet my Polish friends and go to drink some wine tonight Karl, how is Christmas in Mexico? Eric, I cannot do anything about the ads now. It does not really bother my internet connection. We need to have some type of ads, althought I think I earned some ads free days also.

we came back to Idaho Falls today about 5 pm. It was very cold (1 F) but beautiful. Ela is sick, she has probably food poisoning, so I was not able to do anything else except unpacking and taking care of her and the house, therefore I had no chance to post anything. I hope that she would be better soon.

Your love for your daughter, your love for your husband, your love for your home. You are only one person, but yet you do so much.. There are times, we as people, wonder what we are to do, and where do we start. But Jaga, you know what to do, and this is why you are as you are. Your blessing is this: It is from your heart that provides the boundless giving that is yours to give, and you have done well... Take not of sorrow, but take of what you have to give, for you have given well. For you will in this stead, conquer the darkness and light the way for your loved ones. You have done well! Karl
