;D Well, it appears that it will go off since the writers strike is over with. One thing I enjoy about this performance is the red carpet and the parade of beauty upon. One of my favorites is shown. Best actress nominee Penelope Cruz wore Versace last year. Here's another beauty that I admire for her talents - ahemmm - and her zest for life. A now she is blessed with twins. She just beams. (Julia Roberts) This lady was first noticed in her role in "Zoro". I thought she played a great part there. Never tire of watching her smile. Of course, she married a Polish fellow.

;D ;D Well, one thing I can say Skeeter is !!!Duh!!. I can pat you on the back and you can pat me on the back and we'll have a mutual admiration society. I only wish those writers had stayed on strike and in that case we might have had something good to watch on TV. ;D ;D

I always enjoyed the Oscars. Go to a local Oscars gala here to raise monies for children. I was particurally surprised by this years Grammy awards. I stopped watching long ago as it lost its glamour and glitz once Rap took over and then everyone started to dress down. Not this year it was like the old days. Great choreography, glitz and glamour. Last year they removed Joan Rivers from the red carpet and I enjoy her also. I will miss her also introducing the actors as they walk across and comments of what they are wearing. No one does it like she does and she knows style. (maybe not plastic surgery)

JJ even without your glasses I see you have good taste in beauty. By the way, ever since I first saw Catherine Zeta-Jones, I always thought she reminded me of Natalie Wood.
