Dear Lydia, village Boguszynek is located in Wielkopolska (Great Poland), the cradle of Polish civilization. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BoguszynekIts name come probably from Bog (God) or Bogus, Bogusz (first name which means "serving God") It was founded probably in XVIII century, here are some photos of the old church etc: pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boguszynek

Thank you so much for the information on Boguszynek. Is the village still there today? Would I go to there to search records or is there another municipality? I hoping to visit.
