OK folks, I Made this for dessert last night. It is simple and delicious!!!!!!!! Fresh strawberry pie INGREDIENTS:1 UNBAKED PIE SHELL ( 9 INCHES) 3/4 CUP OF SUGAR 2 TABLESPOONS CORNSTARCH 1CUP WATER 1PACKAGE (3 OZ) STRAWBERRY GELATIN 4CUPS SLICED STRAWBERRIES DIRECTIONS:Bake pastry shell in oven at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes (until crust is golden brown). Let cool. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and water until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until it thickens. Remove from heat, and stirring the gelatin until dissolved. Refrigerate 15-20 minor until slightly cooled. Meanwhile arrange the strawberries in the crust. Pour gelatin mixture over the berries. Refrigerate until set. Serve.

I will try when I will have enough strawberries. Ola, a daughter of my niece (see her facebook picture on my side), had a 3rd Bday. They prepared strawberry pie also.
