John,
the sign "Welcome to Idaho" is definitively from Idaho, the font type etc. is what I am familiar with but.... the extra warning.... I did not see it yet, but it looks jus like Idaho, the background, truck etc

Anyone seen these kinds of highway signs lately? I think they'll become more commonplace in the future.

it definitively looks like Idaho, but I do not know where this sign is. Do you remember a sign I posted earlier "do not laught at the natives?

Clearly a forgery. Look at the angle of the so-called "sign," shadows, texture, and so on. Not only that, but I highly doubt any state authorities would allow a sign to be made containing so many "irregularities" in the English language. But it certainly expresses the political beliefs of the picture's author.
