Yes, it is comical if taken literally, for as apparant, President Obama has too many visits upon his plate of knowledge of each country in his visit agenda. Perhaps he is sincer in his meanings using the same dialoge for each official visit. With this, is the reason of selective understanding in the manner of empathic understanding. For Mr. Obama as a visiting dignatary, must be provided the respect and honour as most other visiting dignataries, but on a different level of understanding.
Mr. Obama is not European and should not be held accountable to the same level of expertise as expected of visiting dignataries from the various states in Europe. We know our issues for the manner we live them. On the same token, we have not the same expertise as those in America for the reasons that we do not live in their world of issues.
It is to us, to have patience with others as visiting dignataries with the hope of correct understanding in the manner of cross communications for what ever the dialog exchange.
What is different for most of us in the manner of visiting or for reasons of being, is some classroom brieifing of that nation, the people, the currant issues as pertenant only to that state. The leadership, climate, currant economy, and expectations of personal behavour. With this, a shopping list of questions and areas of interest.
